Our installation process is unique because we do all of our designing and installing at night. When lighting systems are installed during the day, we have to wait until the sun goes down to see the finished product and know if any adjustments need to be made. By designing and installing at night, we skip the waiting and are able to see and adjust everything as it’s being installed. It’s unconventional, but we think it’s the best way to install an outdoor lighting system.

I got these guys to install lights on my flag and they did an outstanding job. I then had them come out and do the free mock up on my house and it was exactly what I wanted and we scheduled to get the house done. They ended up moving my date ahead as they got caught up with other jobs. Great company! Highly recommend. The owner Eric came out to our house to walk our property and make suggestions. He responded with a same-day estimate.
From there, Kevin was in contact with us for an install date. The team actually got us an earlier date than originally thought.
Finally, Austin and crew showed up and did an incredibly professional job. The lights are wonderful and really make our house and trees stand out. And the team left the grounds and beds in better condition than when they arrived.

We have trees in front of our house which offer awesome privacy when out on our front porch, but the trees also made our house very dark at night. We had a light installed on the side of our front steps for a corner column and it’s amazing how you cannot see any wiring at all! Truly impressed by the installation crew! I can't say enough good things about these guys. So for the last I would say 5-7 years we have been doing the solar powered low voltage lights to light up our sidewalk and one other area. We were ALWAYS frustrated that the lights would usually not last the night, after about 6-8 months one of them would invariably stop working, I even tried the wired low voltage lighting from Home Depot/Lowes. They would break even faster than the solar ones.
So we finally decided to have it professionally done. After reading all the reviews online and seeing that Carolina Outdoor had an A+ rating it was an easy call.
Matt came out the next day and went through everything that would probably work the best. Then the service manager came out about 2 days later and did the evening demo, once we fiddled with is every so slightly we were sold.
The only thing that was a touch of a pain point was they there about a month out on installs. Kevin was great keeping us informed of when the install would happen, and they pulled it in about week.
We could NOT be happier with the results, the house looks fantastic now. Before it we were a dark place you could not see from the street, now it looks really nice.

Carolina Outdoor Lighting put in my system 5 years ago. I had a couple of bulbs that recently started to fade and I called them for warranty service. They came out same week, replaced those bulbs and checked everything else. The system looks brand new again. This is what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend!!
