We had a great experience with Carolina Outdoor Lighting. We had some bistro lights added to our deck and some decorative and functional lights added to the stairs on the deck and down the driveway. They were very communicative throughout the process and when there was a weird issue with the bistro lights post-install (super rare) they didn't stop until it was perfect.

Carolina Outdoor Lighting was awesome to work with! They gave great advice on what would look best and helped with the perfect placement of the lights. They stayed within my budget but still made my house look amazing. The whole process was easy, and the results are even better than I expected. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best... period. I've used them now 3x in 10 years and trust their quality work and advice. You certainly feel safer driving up to a well lit house and the aesthetics are great too. Any problems and they are there within a short time to service and repair or upgrade. My best advice is go with the full compliment of lights the 1st time and enjoy.

These guys did a great job lighting my house. They were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process and did everything they said they would do. The nighttime demo was helpful in selecting the right setup. Austin and his crew were very professional (and careful) with the installation. We are so happy we had Carolina Outdoor Lighting Professionals install our lights! Our house went from dark and unseen at night to beautiful and elegant. We have trees in front of our house which offer awesome privacy when out on our front porch, but the trees also made our house very dark at night. Now we can see our house and are welcomed by the gorgeous glow when we arrive home at night. Neighbors and friends are already saying how beautiful our house is with the lights. It was a pleasure to meet Doug during the free demo session, which was key for us to see how many lights we wanted on our front trees. Austin contacted us before coming out for the install to explain timing and expectations. The install day went seamlessly and we are so happy with the outcome! All wiring is hidden and our yard was left in excellent condition - they cleaned up the small amount of branches that needed to be trimmed for lights to be installed next to the house. We had a light installed on the side of our front steps for a corner column and it’s amazing how you cannot see any wiring at all! Truly impressed by the installation crew! We highly recommend this company if you are looking for professional lighting for your home!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. So for the last I would say 5-7 years we have been doing the solar powered low voltage lights to light up our sidewalk and one other area. We were ALWAYS frustrated that the lights would usually not last the night, after about 6-8 months one of them would invariably stop working, I even tried the wired low voltage lighting from Home Depot/Lowes. They would break even faster than the solar ones.

So we finally decided to have it professionally done. After reading all the reviews online and seeing that Carolina Outdoor had an A+ rating it was an easy call.

Matt came out the next day and went through everything that would probably work the best. Then the service manager came out about 2 days later and did the evening demo, once we fiddled with is every so slightly we were sold.

The only thing that was a touch of a pain point was they there about a month out on installs. Kevin was great keeping us informed of when the install would happen, and they pulled it in about week.

We could NOT be happier with the results, the house looks fantastic now. Before it we were a dark place you could not see from the street, now it looks really nice.

Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone.

To say we have been satisfied is an understatement . With over 100 outdoor lights of various application I can say the quality and durability has been fantastic. However, what sets them apart as an outdoor lighting company is their incredible service and ongoing support. They are quick with any repairs which have all been covered by warranty and they are courteous and friendly every time . Very good people who can be trusted with your outdoor lighting!

Carolina Outdoor Lighting put in my system 5 years ago. I had a couple of bulbs that recently started to fade and I called them for warranty service. They came out same week, replaced those bulbs and checked everything else. The system looks brand new again. This is what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend!!

Super happy with Carolina Outdoor Lighting. Did an install about 8 years ago. System has worked flawlessly until one day a light went out. The company dropped off a new light for me to replace it, no charge. It didn’t work. The company then came back out to troubleshoot and found damage to wiring as a result of some landscape edging that was installed recently. Again, no charge. System works flawlessly again. Would highly recommend this company for their products, installation, communication, and service.

We’ve been working with this company for years and they never cease to amaze me with their professionalism, not to mention the gorgeous lighting concepts they offer. We spruced up our existing lighting for an upcoming outdoor wedding at our home and we could not be happier with the results! Love these guys!

We had a wonderful experience with Carolina Outdoor Lighting installing accent lighting on our arborvitaes and various other trees. From start to finish they were consistently prompt and helpful. We appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to troubleshoot issues we were having with our existing bistro lighting from another company on the day of install. Carolina Outdoor Lighting Professional did an amazing job installing the lights on our home. Other companies were not able to light our house across the entire front because of the three car garage. Carolina Outdoor Lighting was able to light across the front of the garage by installing lights within the concrete driveway. Those driveway lights took the look to the next level. We are very pleased and now planning our next lighting project.
