We used Carolina Outdoor Lighting earlier this year to revisit our landscape lighting. The experience was great from quote to finish. The crew did a great job and they were very courteous. Recently out landscape lights stopped working. Carolina Outdoor Lighting spent time with us on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. We weren't able to get the lights back and it was determined that our transformer was shot. They were able to come the same day to get us back up and running. Great experience and customer service is awesome!

Exceptional and diligent work done by these guys! Explained repairs thoroughly and addressed all of our needs. Highly recommend them!

Carolina outdoor Lighting professionals did an excellent job installing outdoor lighting that met my needs several years ago. I recently had an issue or one of the lights was broken due to a Landscaper accidentally breaking it. They came out very quickly and diagnosed and fixed it right away for a very reasonable price. Super friendly and you can tell they put the customer first. If you are doing outdoor lighting, I highly recommend you consider this company as you will get high-quality products services and support.

Austin and his crew did a fantastic job installing our outdoor lights. He spent time explaining every detail about installation and how they work. It only took a few hours. They are a first class business and very happy we chose them to do the work. The lights are high quality and give off a beautiful glow on the front of our house. Thank you “Carolina Outdoor Lighting Professionals”, it was a pleasure working with you.

We have had such a wonderful experience working with Carolina Outdoor Lighting! From the initial conversation through installation, their team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with.
The quality of their work is outstanding, and they truly understand how lighting can transform a space. Whether it’s creating the perfect ambiance for an event or simply enhancing the beauty of a property, they pay attention to the details that make all the difference.
We absolutely love working with them and would highly recommend Carolina Outdoor Lighting to anyone looking for beautiful, professional outdoor lighting!

Although a small project, very helpful, courteous, and responsive from start to finish. We went to demonstrations elsewhere, had several contractors come out, and read extensively but after (only) 3 months, their low profile plan seems to be much better than what we were going to do.

This crew is amazing. I called to schedule a quote- got one over the phone along with a 15 minute explanation of what they are about and how their process works. I wasn't sold on anything- all i got was detailed information to help me make a decision. The job was done within 24 hours of me finding them online. They left the site completely clean and it looks incredible. Pricing is absolutely reasonable for what you get from these guys. l'll have them back out for some additions and at other properties without a second thought.

My husband and I had Carolina Outdoor Lighting do outdoor Architectural lighting on our home. These guys were great. They offered suggestions and options but didn’t “push” or do the hard sell. The finished project looks even better than we had hoped and the price was fair.

Great experience. Repairs made. Very happy.

This was my second time using Carolina Outdoor Lighting, and once again, they did an exceptional job. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The lighting demonstration was incredible,it completely transformed our home and allowed us to see just how beautiful and dramatic the finished design could be. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend them!

Carolina Outdoor Lighting was such a professional company to work with for our outdoor lighting. They came to do a demonstration of how the lights would look and stayed until we saw all of the options. Knowing we had a wedding in our backyard soon, they came to do the install a could weeks later. There were several workers that remained professional throughout and spent extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. We had 9 lights put on the front of the house, 2 on the garage, 5 in the backyard uplighting trees, and bistro lights over the outdoor patio and pool. I would highly recommend hiring Carolina Outdoor Lighting to get a professional job done with communication being easy and personable! Thank you Carolina Outdoor Lighting for making our home shine!

Greg and his team arrived promptly and were efficient in all that they did to install outdoor lighting for our home. I had to ask where they buried the cables because everything looked exactly as it did when they were finished as it did before they began. We are so happy with the outcome of our outdoor lighting and grateful to work with such a great company. Thank you!

Real review - fantastic experience. We did an initial "demo" where Doug showcased all the lights before installation. We ended up having 16 lights installed, including 3 in the concrete to our garage. I'd post photos, but I have to be honest - before you make a snap judgement on photo galleries of the lights, every photo I tried to take was overexposed and looked much brighter than it really was. Do yourself a favor - give them a call if you're reading this review and ask for a demo first. They did a great job, and will be using them in the future for more work.

I am impressed by this company. From the sales staff to installation, Carolina Outdoor Lighting Professionals are outstanding. We are so pleased with our new outdoor lighting. The price for these excellent services was very reasonable. They provided a nighttime demo for us to really see what we were getting. I especially like dealing with local and not national companies.

We had a wonderful experience working with Carolina Outdoor Lighting. Unmatched professionalism and technical expertise combined with just genuine enthusiasm, friendliness, and communication skills. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It was such a pleasure to work with a company that does everything right.

Our house feels more serene. Whether looking at it from the front or sitting on the back porch, the well-placed, subtle lighting gives it a finished look that truly translates into a sense of tranquility. We've tried for decades and we just never could achieve this with diy lights from big box stores, whether solar or electric. We finally decided to quit wasting time and money on what quickly became aggravating and went with professional installation of top quality lights and equipment. Greg and the rest of the team at Carolina Outdoor Lighting are phenomenal. They are proud of the product and service they provide and shared that with us through their professionalism, thoroughness, and creativity. They offered a fantastic demo after dark, made adjustments to accommodate our desires and budget, scheduled utilities marking, and arrived on time. They finished the job quickly and left everything looking better than before they started. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Carolina Outdoor Lighting!

We moved into a new home where we inherited lighting that two different owners had set up—neither of which were working. We so appreciate Michael for coming out and figuring out the lighting issues (including a system that Carolina Lighting hadn’t even installed) but also giving us a wonderful tutorial so we were no longer in the dark (pun intended). Wonderful service!

I do not write reviews EVER, probably says it all. This team has been out twice over the past 3 years and both experiences have been an absolute pleasure. Great products, amazing service and go the extra mile as nothing is ever easy with lighting. I will NEVER use another company and 2 friends have already had the exact same experiences. The people make all the difference and they are amazing!!

Carolina Lighting came out this morning and solved my lightening struck landscape lighting system issues in very short order. They were quick to diagnose and repair the issues and I was delighted with the speed of their service. They arrived on time, ready to go to work, and informed me regarding the issues and repairs needed within 10-15 minutes after starting their assessment. I will use them again as the need arises. Appreciate the fast and professional service!

Carolina Outdoor Lighting is the best! The very few times I've had an issue with an outdoor light, they schedule a visit quickly and get the job done perfectly. And they're all so nice!! Their prices are great, too, especially regarding other issues that come up during routine checks. Great customer service from the first phone call/text to the final visit. Highly recommend!!!!!

We built our custom dream home in 2009 and are still proud of what we were able to accomplish. The landscape lighting created by Carolina Outdoor Lighting Professionals contributed significantly to that fact. We had researched several local installers, but they were the only company at that time who offered a preview of what we could expect. They invested considerable time and effort on two separate nights offering innovative design options and setting up more than 20 lights, which provided us an actual view of the finished product. At that point, we were sold and later had them come out to work their magic in the back yard as well with equally impressive results. Since that time we have come to know several of their technicians when they were needed for bulb changes and wiring repairs due to landscapers and troublesome roots. I can only wish that all contractors provided the same customer service and were as timely, professional, and friendly as Carolina Outdoor Lighting. If you are in the market for landscape lighting, look no further. Highly recommend!
