I can't say enough good things about these guys. So for the last I would say 5-7 years we have been doing the solar powered low voltage lights to light up our sidewalk and one other area. We were ALWAYS frustrated that the lights would usually not last the night, after about 6-8 months one of them would invariably stop working, I even tried the wired low voltage lighting from Home Depot/Lowes. They would break even faster than the solar ones.

So we finally decided to have it professionally done. After reading all the reviews online and seeing that Carolina Outdoor had an A+ rating it was an easy call.

Matt came out the next day and went through everything that would probably work the best. Then the service manager came out about 2 days later and did the evening demo, once we fiddled with is every so slightly we were sold.

The only thing that was a touch of a pain point was they there about a month out on installs. Kevin was great keeping us informed of when the install would happen, and they pulled it in about week.

We could NOT be happier with the results, the house looks fantastic now. Before it we were a dark place you could not see from the street, now it looks really nice.

Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone.

However, what sets them apart as an outdoor lighting company is their incredible service and ongoing support. They are quick with any repairs which have all been covered by warranty and they are courteous and friendly every time . Very good people who can be trusted with your outdoor lighting!

Carolina Outdoor Lighting put in my system 5 years ago. I had a couple of bulbs that recently started to fade and I called them for warranty service. They came out same week, replaced those bulbs and checked everything else. The system looks brand new again. This is what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend!!
